"Incredulity and outrage in Germany, EU and Nato over president-elect’s rhetoric"

In President-Elect Donald Trump's interview with two members of the European press, Trump essentially repeated everything he has earlier stated, regarding the EU and its border problems.
However, members of the Globalist-inspired EU publication, "The Financial Times," which is largely dedicated to both the oligarchs and financial elites of Europe, were apparently outraged that their self-defeating red carpet treatment of Islamic insurgents, flooding into their countries against the will of their people, was mildly criticized by Trump, as a mistake.
The Financial Time's hysterically responded to Trump's comments as his "latest verbal assault on Germany, Nato, and the EU is forcing the continent’s politicians to consider a challenge they hoped never to confront: dealing with the first US president since the war to champion European disintegration."
The FT's reaction, as is typical with EU autocrats, was a bit over the top and then some, but then they were just getting started. The FT news organization went on to characterize Trump's interview as "forcing the continent’s politicians to consider a challenge they hoped never to confront: dealing with the first US president since the war to champion European disintegration."
Trump, in fact, never stated anything with regard to hoping for the EU's disintegration, however, in retrospect, if unelected members of the EU parliament continue to govern against the best interests of Europeans, then the only answer might be the disintegration of what has become a highly autocratic, if not increasingly authoritarian, EU regime.
As to Great Britan's exit of the EU, Trump articulated the fact that "Brexit's going to be a great thing," but, the elite's response at the FT was one of how dare he say that! Here again, the British people voted for the exit, and if America is indeed the leader of the free world, why would the controlling EU elites have a problem with the statement unless they're more Nazi Reichstag than parliament?
The FT further declared: "The US has been integral to Europe’s postwar security and trade arrangements that have made the Atlantic one of the world’s most lucrative trade corridors."
Trump's response:"How many Chevrolets do you see in Germany?" A very good question. But, also, America has indeed been shouldering the defense burden for all of Europe, and paid dearly for it, so why does the US more often than not get stuck on the question of two-way trade?
Not to mention the fact that many a concerned American is getting just a little weary of the rough treatment being meted out to one of our closest allies, in Great Britain, regarding their peaceful efforts at reclaiming their own sovereignty, and Trump was in the act of telegraphing the punch, regarding this particular fact.
Trump went on to plainly point out the simple fact that "Countries want their own identity" and he further stated that he had won the election because of his positions on strong borders and trade.
As to Merkel and her years-long and almost schizophrenic reaction to multiculturalism-inspired incursions over the years, it was her particularly horrid decision to allow over 1 million Islamic refugees into her country that America's not, apparently, allowed to talk about. Trump called her decision a "catastrophic mistake," of which it plainly was, and Merkel is even now paying the political price for her grievous error.
However, the FT elites were paralyzed with outrage at Trump's words, or, should their response be more accurately characterized as fear?
Trump also spoke critically of America's $800 billion trade deficit with the rest of the world, his desire to build safe zones in Syria, and the ongoing trauma that Germany was going through.
Trump correctly stated that Iraq should never have been attacked and called it, possibly, one of the, worst decisions in us history.
As is usual with the ruling elites of the EU, they can criticize and even demonize American policy, the American people, and certainly America's leaders, however, any counterpoint to their smug highnesses, will be met with the outraged tears of the foppishly intolerant.
Trump further stated of Merkel that he has great respect for her, but her taking in of refugees, not knowing where they come from, was a "big mistake," but he said "people make mistakes." Trump further called the EU, basically, a vehicle for Germany, According to FT:
"A senior European diplomat said the president-elect’s remarks were so “explicit” and “straightforward” they had prompted renewed anxiety among ministers and diplomats about his plans for office. This was particularly the case, the diplomat said, among Baltic alliance members most exposed to any belligerence by Russia."
"Bert Koenders, the Dutch foreign minister, dismissed Mr Trump’s remarks as a “cardinal mistake”. On the sidelines of a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels, Mr Steinmeier noted the “contradiction” between Mr Trump’s message and those of his nominated cabinet. “We have to see what it will yield in terms of US foreign policy,” he said. “The same goes for the statements on trade policy,” he added, reflecting the alarm in Berlin over protectionist signals from the Trump camp."
In fact, it does often seem, these days, that Germany has, some bloody how, forgotten who actually started the war, most especially in the way they seem to run the Eurozone as if it was their own personal Third Reich.
Come to think of it, anyone ever notice the fact that most other EU nations seem almost afraid to even make a statement, regarding the state of the EU, without pausing or looking towards Germany, for the proper response?
