He remained in custody at the Mecklenburg County jail early Saturday.
Police have said Borek was shot on the left side of his neck around 12:30 a.m. last Sunday in the parking lot of The Flats at Mallard Creek Apartments, near Mallard Creek Church Road. They said he was visiting friends at the time of the shooting.
On Saturday, Borek was listed in critical condition at Carolinas Medical Center-Main, the hospital said.
A police spokesman said last week that authorities believed the suspect was with another person at the time of the shooting, and they did not believe it was a “random act of violence.”
Then on Friday, police said their investigation showed that Borek and Johnson were meeting each other for an “illegal drug transaction” when Johnson allegedly shot Borek.
Borek is still listed in critical condition, however, we don't yet know the extent of his injuries. But the question that we wonder about is whether or not young Borek was shot due to racial motivations, as predicated by the tensions within the Trayvon Martin case and exacerbated by the Media and the Democrats. In fact, what was Davahughn Johnson actually thinking when he allegedly shot Borek? Did he feel that his young life, as a drug dealer, was perhaps in danger? Was Borek somehow attacking Johnson while seated in his vehicle? Was money and the fact that Borek seemed to have more than Johnson along with Borek's non-ethnicity a contributing factor in this attempt on his life?
Nor do we know for certain how many other such incidents have been played out throughout the United States with deadly results, recently, as the usual suspects continue to parlay racial warfare and animosity on a vulnerable population.
However, the simple truth is that neither the New Black Panthers, nor President Obama, nor any members of the Media, nor the KKK, nor even the Neo-Nazi's have organized and protested in this particular case and in what may have been a deadly, racially motivated crime. Further, we note that Borek, with his tall, slim frame and olive complexion, could seemingly have also been Obama's son; however, the President has yet to respond in that regard, for reasons unknown.
We will keep you posted, while looking forward to the possible appearances of both Jackson and Sharpton, to pray for this young man, purported to be the "Greatest person that someone had ever met," who yet clings to life in a Charlotte Hospital.
But did this crime occur by reason of racial animosity and presidentially heightened tensions as brought on by the Media and the usual suspects?
This becomes the burning question.
