The Donald wants Bill Maher to pay up.

Maher told Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show” on Monday that he’d fork over $5 million to Trump’s charity of choice if Trump provided a copy of his birth certificate proving that he’s not “spawn of his mother having sex with orangutan.”

Maher’s offer is similar to the one Trump made in October to President Barack Obama, whom he has questioned about whether Obama was born in America, about releasing Obama’s college records.

And on Wednesday, Trump’s lawyer Scott S. Balber provided a copy of Trump’s birth certificate to Maher, the liberal comedian host of HBO’s “Real Time.”

In a letter obtained by Yahoo News, Balber wrote: “Attached hereto is a copy of Mr. Trump’s birth certificate, demonstrating that he is the son of Fred Trump, not an orangutan.”

Balber continued: “Please remit the $5 million to Mr. Trump immediately and he will ensure that the money be donated to the following five charities in equal amounts: Hurricane Sandy Victims, The Police Athletic League, The American Cancer Society, The March of Dimes, and The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.”
