People keep alluding to the expansion of the Castle Doctrine - the “Stand Your Ground” provision - in reference to this case, but the perpetrator was NOT “standing his ground,” he was stalking and harassing this young man through the public streets of the neighborhood. As a result, I don’t see how he could reasonably use the Castle Doctrine as a defense at all, or how that law is even remotely relevant to the case.

Of course, I’m sure King B.O.’s regime is interested in this particular case precisely because they hope to use it, wrongly, in an effort to turn public opinion and possibly even federal & state jurisprudence against the expansion of the Castle Doctrine. That’s my assumption, anyway. Do you see any other more probable explanation?

Obama is doing the same thing that Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and William Barber have been doing… stir the racial pot, get the blacks all fired up and make it a political issue. True also, he wants to take our guns and gun rights away. Racists… all of them!

Sharpton, King, Jackson all rolled into one. Mr. Obama you are a joke. A horrific joke this country played on us citizens.
