Not only do the following nations refuse to take back their own citizens, who illegally crossed into the US, most of the nations are receiving vast amounts of foreign aid, to the tune of hundreds of millions, from the US.....

There are between 23 and 30 countries which have effectively refused to take back their citizens, who've entered the United States unlawfully it's now being learned, and this from multiple credible sources.
However, the facts only begin there.
According to the Daily Caller, these nations are also refusing "to accept the deportations of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the U.S" says Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar, in a recent interview with Sheryl Attkisson.
Meanwhile, these same countries are still being issued Visas and even student visas by the U.S. government.
So, does America, now, need to legislate a law which will put a halt to this practice?
Again, according to Congressman Cuellar, "there is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but the U.S. is not enforcing it."
Thus yet another US immigration law that's not being enforced, no doubt, a practice begun within both the Obama & Bush administrations which remains in place; hopefully, only because Trump's cabinet appointments have been held up by the Democrats.
However, in our research, we were also able to uncover several, perhaps even worse coincidental facts, that probably leave these irresponsible nations, literally, rolling on the floor laughing at either how poorly America is being run, or how vapid its political leaders are.
In our research, it was relatively easy to uncover the fact that most of the same nations who are refusing to take back their citizens are simultaneously receiving hundreds of millions in foreign aid from the United States government.

It most likely goes without saying that were the United States to suspend foreign aid to these nations, the roadblocks presented in disallowing the return of these illegal aliens would quickly evaporate.
What's worse, perhaps, were the nations that we were able to inspect, receiving foreign aid from the US, despite the fact that these nations are either very wealthy or very hostile, to America.
